How Did it All Start?

Our journey started back in 2016 in Calgary, Canada, with the aim to serve as a bridge to the new literacy coming to the world, which is coding literacy. RoboGarden is an award-winning software suite that teaches digital literacy and coding through both ways, blockly and textual.

Our easy-to-understand app gives students the chance to learn the top programming languages, such as Python and JavaScript.

RoboGarden is one of the first Canadian companies to be found in 12 different countries, offered in five different languages, such as English, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, and Arabic.

We have crossed a great mile with our achievements to serve our clients. RoboGarden is one among different Canadian products to be found on Hour of Code, one of 50 companies to participate in the Startup Grind in 2018, and has also been nominated for the GESS Innovation Products Award in 2018. Our platform is supported by different organizations around the world, one of them is University of Calgary in Canada.

RoboGarden provides children and youth with events and camp code programs to help them develop their coding skills, as well as learn to create and design their own apps and games.

RoboGarden Camp Code

RoboGarden Camp Code is all about creating an environment of wonder for children. Our camp code programs are considered the perfect getaway place for parents, where they could safely leave their kids to have some fun balanced with education. We know kids are always active, that’s why we balance “screen time”, using our trademarked game-based coding RoboGarden software, with hands-on experiential activities planned around the domain of STEM. This balance aims to bridge the skills gap that might cause barriers to economic and social growth.

Coding is the language of the future, a skill that will be as important as reading and writing are. We are helping all parents out there who are preparing their children for the digitized future to meet its needs.

How Do We Teach Coding?

We believe that learning happens through environments that engage people through hands-on experiences and innovates them to wonder.

RoboGarden game-based platform teaches kids how to code through both ways, blockly and textual, and while progressing through the game, they will end up learning about the important programming languages, Python and JavaScript.

RoboGardenCamp Code is a balance between screen time and hands-on STEM activities, in order to teach kids coding through RoboGarden software and at the same time give them the chance to discharge their physical energy through our different activities based on STEM; science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Our game-based coding platform offers different adventures, each adventure comes with a specific theme that is known as “world”, each adventure consists of different missions that the child will need to complete, and eventually there is a quiz at the end of every mission to measure the kid’s progress.

We balance fun and education in our camp code programs,that’s why we are different, we don’t spend all our time playing, but we are not here to serve nerds only as well.
